Dr. Decker Tapscott is the founder and senior pastor of Faith Christian Church and International Outreach Center, a fast -growing, multicultural church with ministries that impact the city of Warrenton, VA and nations around the world. Dr. Tapscott has planted churches across America and abroad. He is the founder and presiding presbyter of The Fellowship of Prophetic Churches & Ministries; an apostolic equipping and sending ministry that provide mentoring to church and ministry organizations, both, locally and globally. He is a spiritual father to pastors and ministers across the United States and abroad. Dr. Tapscott has six adult children and resides with his wife, Delores, in Warrenton, Virginia.

Rev. Dr. William Sawyer is the pastor of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Hertford, North Carolina where he has been pastoring for 19 years. When he is not in the pulpit delivering the Word of God, He serves as moderator of the Roanoke Missionary Baptist Association which is composed of 73 churches in the northeastern region of North Carolina. Dr. Sawyer is president of Camden County’s Board of Elections and is a life-time member of the NAACP where he serves as vice-president. He is married to Martha Bracey Sawyer, and they have three lovely daughters.
